24 Chicken Food Group

The company behind 50+ Korean chicken stores.

We started with one shop in Quezon City in 2017. Today 24 Chicken is one of the fastest-growing food chains in the Philippines — built on a simple idea: proper Korean-style boneless fried chicken at a price ordinary Filipinos can afford, any time of day.

What we do

One brand, four businesses.

The storefront is what customers see. Behind it sits a franchising business, a supply operation, and a brand-building team — and each one is how a 24 Chicken store stays profitable after opening week.

01 · Franchising

We build store owners, not just stores

Two formats — full standard stores and compact kiosks — with site selection, fit-out, training and launch marketing included. We charge a fixed monthly fee instead of a percentage royalty, so growth in your sales stays in your pocket.

02 · Supply chain

Same chicken in Cebu as in Quezon City

Centralised sauce production, contracted poultry supply, and cold-chain distribution to every branch. Consistency is not a slogan here — it is the reason a franchisee can trust the brand with ₱3–5 million.

03 · Brand & marketing

National campaigns, local activation

Head office runs the national brand, delivery-platform partnerships and social channels. Franchisees get launch kits, seasonal campaign assets and merchandising guidance — no store has to invent its own marketing.

04 · People

Training that survives staff turnover

QSR runs on people who leave. Our academy standardises cooking, service and food-safety training so a new crew member is store-ready fast, and a store manager can be promoted from within.

Why franchisees choose us

Fixed monthly fee. Not a percentage of your sales.

Most food franchises take a royalty of every peso you ring up — so the better your store performs, the more head office takes. We charge a flat ₱25,000–₱50,000 a month depending on location, and nothing more.

For a store doing well, the difference over a five-year term is substantial. It also makes your own forecasting far simpler: your head-office cost is a known, fixed line in your P&L from day one.

Growth

From one shop to a national network.

We grew through a pandemic that closed restaurants by leaning hard into delivery — and came out of it with a store count most brands take a decade to reach.

Metro Manila

Our home market and the densest part of the network, covering NCR malls, commercial strips and residential communities.

Visayas

Major branches in Cebu, Iloilo and Tagbilaran, with further Visayas territories open to franchise partners.

Luzon & provincial

Batangas, Angeles and Pampanga among the strongest provincial performers, with new territories opening each quarter.
