One brand, deliberately.
Some groups collect brands. We have concentrated on making one work at scale first — because a second concept built on a shaky supply chain breaks both of them.

Brand standards
The brand is the asset every franchisee is buying a share of, so head office controls it tightly. Franchise partners receive the brand manual covering logo use, colour, signage, packaging, uniform, menu boards, social tone and photography.
Partners do not create their own campaign assets or alter pricing architecture. National campaigns, seasonal assets and launch kits come from head office, and local activation runs within those templates.
Media and partners needing logo files and approved imagery should use the media kit.
